About Me

Favorite thing about CrossFit:
I love that CrossFit is for everyone, and I’m grateful to contribute to that community. It fuels my intensity, competitive spirit, and team-oriented mindset. I also love the process of improving 1% every day.

Favorite movement(s) or workout(s):
Give it to me heavy! Sprint-style WODs with heavy weights and barbell work are my favorites.

Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
I've been skating (on ice) since I was 5 years old and am a huge hockey fanatic. Catch me playing ice, ball, or roller hockey when I'm not at the gym.

How did you first get into CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in May 2021 after my dad recommended it as cross-training for ice hockey. I was instantly hooked and became a dedicated 6AM-er from the start (now, I get a much later start to my day). I was previously on and off with CrossFit due to ice hockey, rowing, and lacrosse during undergrad but love that I've always been able to return to training.

Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
Being a coach has been a dream of mine since I started CrossFit. I've been fortunate to train with and be coached by excellent mentors who have fueled my passion for the sport and taught me valuable life lessons that are applicable to all aspects of my life. I'm excited to meet every athlete who walks through our doors and learn how to support their journey!
