

Our Boot Camp classes are fun, challenging, HIIT-style conditioning workouts. They include a intentional mix of exercises and equipment such as burpees, push-ups, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes and jump ropes. While the workouts are challenging and well-constructed, the movements are simple and accessible to all fitness levels and abilities and don't require previous experience with CrossFit or weightlifting.
This is an excellent option for people who are new to CrossFit or anyone looking to get a good sweat on!
Our yoga classes are geared towards improving mobility and mindfulness of our athletes. While you won't see the same sequence of poses and routines each week, you will experience a thoughtful and effective approach to yoga that will advance your overall fitness. Our awesome yoga teachers are CrossFitters themselves and appreciate the importance of mobility, recovery, and being in-tune with your body.
