Crossfit classes
We provide a robust schedule of classes with programmed CrossFit workouts six days a week. Each class provides a coach-led warm up and workout with an emphasis on technique and safety. Workouts include a near infinite combination of functional movements - Squats, Deadlifts, Clean and Jerks, Rowing, Muscle Ups, Burpees etc. Guidance from our coaches ensures the correct balance of skill work and intensity, while the camaraderie of the group helps you rise to the challenge.
What to expect?

- Structured class segments - warm-up, strength, conditioning, cool-down and mobility
- Every single class and movement can be adjusted (scaled) to help you find the right level of challenge
