Favorite thing about CrossFit:
The feeling after getting through a workout I was intimidated by.

Favorite movement(s) or workout(s):
Box jump overs and front squats

Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
Play games with friends, cook up a delicious vegetarian meal, and snuggle with my cat, Cheddar.

How did you first get into CrossFit?
An ex introduced me after I injured myself playing rugby. Seemed lower risk than rugby but equivalent in intensity and community-oriented.

Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
Any gym can be an intimidating space for women or AFAB folks, and I wanted to be representation that we belong here and a friendly presence to those who might feel out of place. Being a coach also seemed like a great way to give back to a sport and a gym that's meant so much to me--creating community by encouraging and inspiring each other to be the best versions of ourselves.
