After completing Elements A, B, C and D, unlock access to our full schedule of over 100 weekly classes including CrossFit, HYROX, Open Gym and much more!
What do I learn in the Elements course?
Elements A: You'll learn how to squat properly and we'll go over thrusters, rowing and few other common movements.
Elements B: You'll learn how to deadlift properly and we'll go over kettlebell swings, biking and finish with some core work
Elements C: You'll learn overhead pressing (strict press and push press) and an introduction to pull-ups and how to build pull up strength and we'll touch on jump rope skills
Elements D: You'll learn the foundations of Olympic lifts (Snatches and Cleans) and we'll incorporate a few other common movements involving box jumps/step-ups
Elements classes are small groups of 5 or less where you'll learn how to move safely and confidently with a focus on barbell and dumbbell movements - each class has a different focus and can be taken in any order. Morning, mid-day and evening options available - see schedule for full details.
