For those looking to take their training to the next level, this class is for you! The competition training program is designed for experienced athletes who have a solid foundation already in place, allowing programming to focus on more advanced skills. Competition workouts often feature heavier loading, muscle ups, handstand walks, rope climbs, etc. We offer one instructor led class weekly at each location and an additional weekly DIY workout that can be done during Open Gym.
This class does require the ability to perform the majority of core CrossFit movements
